T-shirt printing or T-shirt manufacturing is one of the most popular industries to be in. The method of making t-shirts has always been done by screen printing. This is an old school method but it has the benefits of being the cheapest way of making t-shirts granted you have the volume to pay for the intitail costs. The setup up fees are expensive but when doing thousands of t-shirts the costs are amortized easily into the numbers. Step in digital methods, we offer a wide range of machines for the t-shirt industry. Our smallest vinyl cutter the SV-12 (R4995.00*) is able to cut a heat transfer film for making iron on transfers. These are used in most sports wear for the team name or player name and number on the back of the shirt. There are a wide range of colours for the films and different effects from glitter, twill, flock to even glow in the dark. This is a very cost effective way of customising a t-shirt and the intial costs are so low that one t-shirt becomes profitable. From there we move up to our Print/cut machines, the BN-20 (R64995.00*) is our smallest print and cut device. This little machine allows you to print onto a white heat transfer material, any image and cut it to any shape. This allows for an exact contour of your image which means no big white borders around your graphics. As with before this machine has no setup cost or screens to prepare so its simply load material, create graphics, print/cut and then heat press onto t-shirt. The feel of the print afterwards is very soft and can withstand washing and sunlight. For the person wanting to get into t-shirts or just to add t-shirts to there portfolio of services these machines are ideal. The training for them is simple and the machines basically take care of themselves. Roland reliabilty is legendary and so is our service. To book a demo to see one of these fantastic machines give us a shout and let us know when you want to start your own t-shirt company, we are here to help.
